Above is a picture of how I keep some work/life balance and manage my stress = Bikram yoga at least three times a week! It is one of the best ways to relieve stress and stay grounded. Best part = I work at a firm that 100% supports work/life balance so I never feel guilty walking out the door at 5pm to make it to my yoga class. Why? Because it makes me a better lawyer, mother, and human being!!
